Metafit Research Article

An article released earlier this year about HIIT exercise such as Metafit has found some interesting health benefits.

Titled  “High Intensity Interval Training for maximizing health outcomes.”

The article summary is below:

“There is solid evidence that exercise is an effective strategy against 25 medical conditions including; cardiovascular disease(heart failure and artery blockage), stroke, hypertension(high blood pressure), colon (bowel) cancer, breast cancer and type 2 diabetes.

A growing body of evidence suggests high intensity training is superior to moderate intensity in  maximizing health outcomes.”

Basically the research states that moderate exercise is good for your health and preventing a lot of the more common health conditions we are seeing today however the High Intensity Interval Training such as metafit has even better results.
