FITNESS STUDIO
A small, well equipped fitness studio including cardio and weights equipment. Sanitary wipes are on site. Personal tours available. Please bring a water bottle. A number of member options available starting at $199 for a year.

BLOKES ONLY FITNESS
A little bit of sweat and a lot of laughs. Suitable for all fitness levels. Bring a water bottle along. Run with fully qualified personal trainer, Olivia Ellwood. Block or Casual ($13) rates apply.

DVA & MENS FITNESS
A class that includes both our returned veterans and general public. This class requires assessment by our exercise physiologist. Small groups for close supervision. General public 6 Class pass $90.

GENERAL YOGA
General is a classical Hatha Yoga incorporating stretching, strengthening and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels. Casual $17, ten pass card $150.

GENTLE YOGA
Gentle yoga is a slow paced hatha yoga class that provides a safe, effective way to strengthen, stretch and balance the body in a non-competitive environment. In this class we will strengthen and stretch the whole body and finish with a calming meditation. There are minimal transitions from floor to standing and less time spent on knees and wrists in the Gentle Classes but all classes are formulated to be as joint friendly as possible whilst building strong, flexible bodies.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is designed to work the deeper layers of the body to increase flexibility and mobility in the body, particularly the hips and shoulders. Poses are held for 2-7 minutes each to allow us to work into the connective tissues and fascia around our musculature. Finding stillness in the body will allow time for introspection, relaxation and stress relief, increase the flexibility and mobility throughout your body.

SLOW FLOW YOGA
Slow Flow Yoga is a low-impact workout, which can help you to get in shape gradually. It is in sharp contrast to the power yoga or the aerobics-based active version of it. This type of Yoga is actually a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga.

LADIES ONLY BOOTCAMP
Ladies Only Bootcamp is run with Sara, an exercise physiologist. Class requires a pre-assessment where Sara will create a program specific to your needs. Classes are capped to ensure you are getting the attention needed. Please give us a call to organise joining this class.
