How can a fitness instructor help me?

There can be several reasons why you may choose to use a fitness instructor:

  • Help keep you motivated- Do you promise yourself you’ll exercise everyday but then have an excuse everyday? A personal fitness instructor can keep you motivated to turn up to your training.

  • Evaluate your program- Have you been exercising regularly but still not seeing the results you want? An instructor can analyse and set a program for you that suits your body type, goals and lifestyle.

  • Push you a bit harder- An instructor can make you do just a little bit more by challenging you, lets face it none of us are great at pushing through discomfort.

  • Teach you- An instructor can help teach you HOW to use those scary looking machines or weights, how to set yourself a schedule and what things to consider especially if you have any injuries.
